Start By:
Release the system pressure.
Lower the bucket to the ground.

Attach suitable lifting device from the lift arms (1) to the tilt cylinder (2) to support tilt cylinder (2). The weight of lift arms (1) is approximately 360 kg (794 lb).

Remove retaining ring (3) and washers (4). Remove pin (5). Note the location of any washers and shims for assembly purposes.

Remove retaining ring (6) and washers (7). Remove pin (8). Note the location of any washers and shims for assembly purposes.

Remove retaining ring (9) and washers (10). Remove pin (11). Note the location of any washers and shims for assembly purposes. Repeat for the other side.
Start the machine and back the machine away from the bucket.Installation Procedure
Start the machine and align the pin bores.
Release the system pressure.

Install pin (11) and washers (10). Install retaining ring (9). Repear for the other side.

Check the hydraulic oil level. Refer Operation and Maintenance Manual, UENR9088, "Refill Capacities".
Start By:
