1. Remove Duo-Cone seal (1) from spindle and wheel.Install Final Drive Duo-Cone Seals
1. The rubber seals and metal rings that make contact with the rubber seals must be clean and dry before assembly. Put a small amount of SAE 30 oil on the outside surface of the metal seal rings that make contact with each other.2. Install Duo-Cone seal on spindle and wheel with tool (A).End By:a. install wheel assemblyRemove Wheel Brake Discs
Start By:a. remove wheel assembly 1. Remove bolts (1).2. Remove discs (2).Install Wheel Brake Discs
1. Put the disc (1) in position on the wheel and install the bolts that hold it to the wheel.2. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 264.4 27.1 N m (195 20 lb ft).End By:a. install wheel assembly
