Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Check the condition of the gaskets and the O-ring seals. If the gaskets or the O-ring seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Carefully clean the tube bundles that are in transmission oil cooler (11). Use a rod with a 3.20 mm (0.125 inch) diameter.
Use Tooling (B) in order to install gasket (13) onto transmission oil cooler (11) .

Attach a suitable lifting device onto transmission oil cooler (11). The weight of transmission oil cooler (11) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).

Position transmission oil cooler (11) and install bolts (12) .

Apply Tooling (B) to the contact surface of bonnet (9) and install gaskets (13). Apply Tooling (A) onto O-ring seal (14) and install O-ring seal (14) onto bonnet (9) .

Position bonnet (9). Install bolts (8) and install bolts (7) .Note: Lightly tighten bolts (8) and bolts (7) before applying torque.

Connect hose assemblies (10) .

Install panel assembly (6) and install bolts (5) .

Position baffles (4) and install bolts (3) .

Close grill assemblies (2). Install bolts (1) .
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".End By:
Install the hood panels. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Panels (Front and Rear) - Install".
Install the crankcase guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Crankcase Guard - Remove and Install".
