Remove bolt (12), bushing (13), and pin assembly (14).

Disconnect hose assemblies (11). Remove cotter pin (8), bolt (10), and bushing (9). Remove pin assembly (7). The weight of articulation cylinder (12) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Use two people in order to remove articulation cylinder (12).

Remove seal assemblies (13).

Use Tooling (B) in order to remove bearing (14). Repeat the process for the other side. Installation Procedure

When you are using hydraulic cylinders and puller studs, always ensure that the rated capacity of the puller stud meets or exceeds the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder. If the puller stud does not meet or exceed the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder, a sudden failure of the puller stud could occur. The sudden failure of the puller stud could result in personal injury or death.

Use Tooling (D) in order to install bearing (15). Repeat the process for the other side.
Use Tooling (D) in order to install seal assemblies (14).

Use two people in order to Install articulation cylinder (12). The weight of articulation cylinder (12) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Install pin (7). Install bushing (9), bolt (10), and cotter pin (8). Connect hose assemblies (11).
