Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the left hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install" in this manual.
Remove the bolts in order to remove the louvered cover that is located under the fan.

Remove bolts (1) and the washers.
Remove bolts (3) from the fan guards.
Remove upper fan guard (2). Remove lower fan guard (4) .Installation Procedure

Install lower fan guard (4). Install upper fan guard (2) .
Install bolts (3) on the fan guards.
Install the washers and bolts (1). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).End By: Install the left hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install" in this manual.
