12. Install the thrust ring, plate (15), and bolts (14). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 475 60 N m (350 44 lb ft). 13. Make sure the O-ring seal is in position on plate (10). Install the plate in the track roller frame.14. Install ring (11) to hold the plate in the track roller frame.15. Install plug (9). 16. Install trunnion and the bolts that hold it. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 875 100 N m (640 75 lb ft). 17. Put Tooling (C) in position under the front of the track roller frame as shown. 18. Use tool (C) to align the track roller frame with the equalizer bar.
To prevent damage to the pivot shaft seal, do not install the bolts that hold the pivot shaft seal retainer to the main frame case until the equalizer bar has been connected to the track roller frame.
19. The procedure for connecting the equalizer bar to the track roller frame is as follows:a. Align the holes in the track roller frame and the hole in the equalizer bar with tool (C).b. Put pin (8) in position on the track roller frame.c. Install the bolts and nuts (7). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 1350 150 N m (1000 110 lb ft). 20. Install bolts (5) that hold seal retainer (6) to the main frame case.21. Fill the pivot shaft compartment with oil. See the Maintenance Guide.22. Start By:a. remove track roller framesb. remove idlers 1. Fasten a hoist to track roller (3). Remove four bolts (1) and caps (2) that hold the track roller to the minor bogie. Remove track roller (3). The weight of a single flanged track roller is approximately 133 kg (293 lb). The weight of a double flanged track roller is approximately 144 kg (317 lb). Remove all the track rollers from the minor bogies. 2. Remove bolts (5) and track guides (4) from the major bogies.
