Installation Procedure
The harvester head should be in the HORIZONTAL position.
Coat all mating surfaces with 8T-9022 Silicone Gasket before you install the oil tank.

(1) Oil tank. (2) Bolt.
Place oil tank (1) in position on the harvester head. The weight of the oil tank is 11.3 kg (25 lb) on the HH55 and HH65 Harvester Heads.
Install two bolts (2) that attach oil tank (1) to the harvester head frame.

(1) Oil tank. (3) Bolt. (4) Hose assembly. (5) Screw. (6) Oil Pump. (7) Bolt and nut. (8) Oil supply hose.
Install two bolts and nuts (7) that attach oil tank (1) to the harvester head frame.
Install a new gasket on oil pump (6). Position oil pump (6) on oil tank (1). Install four screws (5). Tighten the screws.
Install oil supply hose (8) to oil tank (1) .
Install two bolts (3) in order to attach hose assembly (4) to oil tank (1) .
Install the hydraulic valve cover on the harvester head.
Fill oil tank (1) with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubrication System Oil Level - Check" for information on the lubricating oil.
