Attach Tooling (A) to a suitable lifting device. Install bank valve assembly (21). The weight of bank valve assembly (21) is approximately 80 kg (175 lb).
Install bolts (20). Connect hose assemblies (19).

Install block assemblies (16) and (18). Attach hose assemblies (15) and (17).

Install bar assembly (14). Install floor plate assembly (13). Install brackets (12). Note: Adjust brackets (12) as required to eliminate clearance between bearings and pins.

Install tower assembly (11) and brackets (10). Connect strut assembly (9) onto the frame. Note: With gas strut (11A) fully compressed, adjust rod length to position tower assemblies (11) vertical to cab floor.
Connect cable assembly (8). Note: Cable slack to be taken up using adjuster on pedal end.

Install tower assembly (7). Install brackets (6).

Connect all hose assemblies (4). Connect harness assemblies (5) on both towers.

Install covers (2) and (3).

Install cover (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual , "Capacities (Refill)" for the correct filling procedure. End By:
