Installation Procedure
The harvester head should be in the VERTICAL position. Secure the harvester head frame to the yoke with a suitable chain.
The two covers on the front of the harvester head should already be removed. The hydraulic valve plate should already be lowered.

(1) Measuring arm cylinder. (2) Measuring arm. (3) Pivot pin.
Place measuring arm cylinder (1) in position on the harvester head.
Install pivot pin (3). The pin attaches the cylinder rod end to measuring arm (2). Install the nut on pivot pin (3).
Install the pivot pin in the head end of measuring arm cylinder (1). Install the nut on the pivot pin.

(1) Measuring arm cylinder. (2) Measuring arm. (4) Hydraulic hose assembly. (5) Hydraulic hose assembly.
Attach two hydraulic hose assemblies (4) and (5) to measuring arm cylinder (1) .

(6) Bolts. (7) Valve plate.
Raise valve plate (7) into position. Install bolts (6) that retain the valve plate.

(8) Cover. (9) Cover.
Install cover (8) and cover (9) on the front of the harvester head.
Purge the air from the system.
Lubricate the bearings through the provided fittings.
Install the hydraulic valve cover.
Remove the chain that is securing the yoke to the harvester head frame.
