The 258-3014 Bushing and the 258-3015 Bushing can spin inside the axle bore of the undercarriage frame. This situation can cause a misalignment of the grease hole of the bearing and the grease zerk. The axle bore has a channel to account for this misalignment. In certain instances grease cannot pass inside the grease hole.Required Parts

A retaining compound is offered that can be used to hold the bearing in position. Refer to Table 1 for a list of available items.
Remove the bearings of the machine that is being serviced.
Apply a thin bead of the compound around the periphery towards the leading edge of the bearing.
Install the bearing. Make sure to line up the grease hole of the bearing with the grease zerk. The compound will set in 5 minutes and cure in 24 hours.
