Attach Tooling (C) to final drive (10), as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting chains to Tooling (C) .
Use the hoist in order to install final drive (10) to wheel brake assembly (12). The weight of final drive (10) is 749 kg (1650 lb). The weight of wheel brake assembly (12) is 204 kg (450 lb).
Install four bolts (11) and the washers to wheel brake assembly (12) .
Remove Tooling (C) from final drive (10) .
Install three bolts (8) to retainer (9) .

Install a new O-ring seal (7) in the final drive and wheel brake assembly.

Attach Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) to the final drive, and wheel brake assembly, as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting chains to Tooling (B) .
Use the hoist in order to install final drive and wheel brake assembly (6). The weight of final drive and wheel brake assembly (6) is 953 kg (2100 lb).
Install 34 bolts (5) and the washers. Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 1150 150 N m (850 110 lb ft).

Install brake line (4), bolt (3), the washer, and the clip.

Install two guards (2) and four bolts (1) .End By:
Install the tire and the rim. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim (Front) - Remove and Install" or refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim (Rear) - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the final drive planetary carriers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive Planetary Carrier - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
