2. Disconnect bracket (2) from cover (4).3. Disconnect wire harness clip (5) from fuel tank (3). 4. Disconnect fuel tank sending unit wire harness at connector (6). 5. Remove covers (7). 6. Fasten a hoist to fuel tank (3). The fuel tank weighs 563 kg (1250 lb.) with 25% capacity of fuel. 7. Remove the four fuel tank mounting bolts (8). 8. Remove fuel tank (3) from the machine. Install Fuel Tank
1. Inspect the rubber mounts and make a replacement if necessary.2. Make sure the upper halves of the rubber mounts are in position on the fenders. Fasten a hoist to the fuel tank and put fuel tank (1) in position on the machine. 3. Install the lower halves of rubber mounts (2), spacers (3), washers and bolts to hold the fuel tank in position. 4. Tighten the bolts that hold the fuel tank in position.5. Install covers (4). 6. Connect fuel tank sending unit wire harness to connector (5) and put connector (5) in the clip. 7. Connect the wire harness clip (6) to the fuel tank. 8. Put cover (7) in position and install the bolts which secure it to the fuel tank. 9. Connect the bracket for the fire suppression system lines to cover (7).end by:a) install fuel filter base
