B 138-7573 Link Bracket 2 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Use a suitable lifting device to position bank valve (18) on the machine. The weight of bank valve (18) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Install nuts (19).

Connect hose assemblies (17) and harness assemblies (16).

Connect hose assemblies (15), harness assemblies (14), hose assemblies (13), hose assemblies (12), tube assemblies (11), and tube assemblies (10).

Connect hose assemblies (7), (8), and (9).
Connect fittings (6), (5), (4), and (3). Note: If the fuel tank was removed, the hose assemblies must be reconnected to the fittings.

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position guard assembly (1) on the machine. The weight of guard assembly (1) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).
Install bolts (2).

Remove Tooling (A) from the hydraulic tank. End By:
Disconnect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
