Install Tooling (A) to aftercooler (1), as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to Tooling (A) .
Use the hoist in order to install aftercooler (1). The weight of aftercooler (1) is 45 kg (100 lb).Note: The weight of the refrigerant condenser is not included in the weight of the aftercooler.
Install four bolts (6) .

Connect aftercooler inlet pipe (5) to aftercooler (1) .
Tighten two clamps (4) .
Connect aftercooler outlet pipe (2) to aftercooler (1) .
Tighten two clamps (3) .End By:
Connect the two hose assemblies to the refrigerant condenser. For additional information, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Condenser - Remove and Install".
Install the side grates. For additional information, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Side Panels and Side Doors - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the hood panels. For additional information, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Panels (Front and Rear) - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
