Main Frame Modification
Remove the existing bearing from the frame.

(A) 45 degree angle
Orient to 45 degree angle (A) as shown in Illustration 1.

(B) 15.5 mm (0.61 inch)
(C) 8.7 mm (0.34 inch) diameter
Drill two holes (C) with a 8.7 mm (0.34 inch) drill bit to a minimum depth of 8.0 mm (0.31 inch) as shown in Illustration 2.

(D) 19.0 mm (0.75 inch) diameter
(E) 10.0 mm (0.39 inch)
Create a groove (D) in each bearing cavity using a 19.0 mm (0.75 inch) rotary file to a maximum depth of 3.0 mm (0.19 inch) until the groove intersects the 8.7 mm (0.34 inch) diameter grease hole as shown in Illustration 3.

Install the grease fitting (1) and the bearing (2) as shown in Illustration 4.

Weld a block (F) to protect the grease fitting on the main frame as shown in Illustration 5.

Weld (G) the plates on the bottom of the main frame to capture the grease as shown in Illustration 6.Trunnion Cap Modification
Remove existing bearings from the trunnion cap.

Drill two holes (C) for the grease fitting through the casting and center of pad (H) with a 8.7 mm (0.34 inch) drill bit to a minimum depth of 8.0 mm (0.31 inch) as shown in Illustration 7.
