Installation Procedure
Verify that all of the components are clean and free of foreign material prior to installation.
Inspect all components for wear and replace the components, if necessary.

Attach a suitable lifting sling to oil filter (1), as shown. Secure the lifting sling to a hoist. Install four bolts (7) and the washers in order to secure oil filter (1) to the hydraulic tank. The weight of oil filter (1) is 30 kg (65 lb).

Install filter bypass switch (5) and the O-ring seal to oil filter (1). Tighten filter bypass switch (5) to a torque of 71.5 7.5 N m (50 6 lb ft).
Connect wire harness (6) to filter bypass switch (5) at the electrical connection.

Connect two hose assemblies (3) and (4) to oil filter (1).
Check the level of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist, Torque Converter and Brake Tank Oil Level - Check" for the correct procedure. End By:
