DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISCONNECT LINES OR REMOVE PLUGS IN THE CUSHION HITCH CIRCUIT UNTIL THE ENGINE HAS BEEN SHUT OFF AT LEAST FIVE MINUTES. The five minute wait permits oil pressure in the accumulators to be relieved. The hissing sound can be heard at the selector lever while the system is being bled. If the engine is shut off when the machine is in cushion ride, the hitch will lower as the circuit is bled. DO NOT PLACE HANDS OR FEET AROUND HITCH COMPONENTS UNTIL THE HITCH IS COMPLETELY LOWERED. Failure to heed this warning can result in the sudden release of high pressure oil.
1. Loosen hydraulic tank filler cap to relieve tank pressure.2. Identify and disconnect hydraulic lines at valve.3. Disconnect hydraulic lines at load cylinder. 4. Disconnect leveling link at leveling valve (2) stem.5. Support valve with hoist and remove mounting bracket (1) from load cylinder.6. Remove valve.Install Cushion Hitch Charging & Leveling Valve
1. Position valve on machine and loosely install mounting bolts. (Valve to bracket bolts should also be loose).2. Connect hydraulic lines to load cylinder.3. Tighten valve mounting bolts.4.
