(14) 258-3768 Seal
Remove seal (13) and seal (14). One is installed in the top outside channel and the other one is installed in the top inside channel. Remove all material from both channels.
Now you should be able to see two gaskets (6). Remove both gaskets by using a flat head screw driver. Remove all residue left behind from the gaskets. Install the two new gaskets. Peel the paper liner from the glue side of each gasket. Apply firm pressure so that the adhesive makes full contact with the floor of the extrusion.
Install seal (13) and seal (14) in the proper channels.

(2) 435-8783 Rubber Pad
Rubber pad (2) is used to create padding between the cab screen and the window frame. Inspect the pad. If the pad is not torn or damaged, do not replace. If the pad requires replacement, remove the window from the cab and lay the window flat on the ground or a table. Remove the old pad and clean the surface so that the surface is free of glue residue. Install the new pad by peeling the paper liner and placing the pad in the location, as shown. Apply pressure to activate the pressure-sensitive glue.

(12) 258-3782 Seal
Next remove two seals (12) from the sliding pieces of glass. Put the glass on a flat surface to remove the old seals from the plastic channel and replace with the new seals. Apply a 0.8 mm (0.03 in) bead of silicon adhesive before inserting the seal in the black plastic track.

(1) 337-5268 Foam
(5) 435-8786 Seal
The four foams (1) and seal (5) are not meant for field replacement. Replacement can be done, but it would be necessary to break the silicon-bonded factory seal at the divider bar and then properly reseal. If the foam or seal must be replaced, it is recommended that replacement be performed at the dealer facility by trained personnel.
Once finished, install each sliding glass into the window frame. Install the window back onto the cab.
