Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the vibration damper and pulley.
Remove the heat exchanger.
Remove the heat exchanger (SCAC).
Remove the water pump.
Remove the expansion tank.
Remove the expansion tank (SCAC).

Remove bracket (1). Remove regulator housings (2) and (3).

Remove bolts (4) and reposition bracket assembly (5).
Attach a suitable lifting device to engine. the approximate weight of the engine is 3311 kg (7300 lb). Remove bolts (6) and engine mount (8) repeat for opposite side.
Use suitable cribbing in order to support engine. Remove engine support (7).

Attach suitable lifting device to front cover. The approximate weight of front cover is 67 kg (148 lb). Remove front cover (9).
Start By:
