Description of Change: There is an improved seal for sealing between the exhaust manifold and the cylinder head on 3500 and 3500B Diesel and Gas Engines. The new seal has a spiral winding that is made of stainless steel. The winding is wrapped around a filler material that is made of graphite.Adaptable To: The new 229-5332 Seal is a direct replacement for the 167-9526 Seal. The new seal is adaptable to first production of the engines that are listed above.
