Description of Change: There is an improved process of applying thread sealant to the banjo fittings (bushings) used on certain Wheel Loaders with an Automatic Lubrication System. The improved process ensures a better seal at the banjo fittings.Adaptable To: To obtain a better seal at the banjo fitting, remove the banjo fitting from the tube. Apply a continuous bead of Loctite 536 sealant three to four threads wide on the fittings thread, before reinstalling. The improved process is adaptable to the following machines:
