Information:

3. Lower bowl and disconnect apron link (1).4. Support draft arm with hoist. 5. Remove plate (2). 6. Remove pin (3) from inside the bowl. 7. Remove draft arm to draft tube mounting bolts.8. Lower draft arm-weight 1950 lbs. (884 kg).Install Draft Arms
Mating surface of flange on arm and tube must be clean1. Attach hoist and position draft arm against draft tube.2. Install two or more bolts attaching arm to tube. 3. While supporting arm with hoist, align hole in scraper mounting block with hole in draft arm (1). Adjust position of scraper with a 10-ton (9100 kg) hydraulic jack.4. After aligning holes, install pin (2) from inside scraper bowl. If both draft arms are being installed, perform all following steps alternately. Do not complete one installation before starting the other.5. With draft arms positioned and a jack under each side of the scraper, adjust the scraper position to align the draft arm-to-draft frame mounting holes, and install the mounting bolts. 6. Install plates (3) and tighten bolts 900 50 lb. ft. (124,7 6,9 mkg).7. Install remaining arm-to-tube mounting flange bolts.8. Connect apron cylinder link (4).
