Start By:
Remove the feed roller arm from the harvester head. See Disassembly and Assembly, "Feed Roller Arm - Remove" for more information. HH45/HH55/HH65

Feed Roller Arm ( HH45) (1) Feed roller arm. (2) Setscrews. (3) Screw. (4) Spring pin. (5) Washer. (6) Axial bearing. (7) Roller (cam). (8) Radial bearing. (9) Socket setscrews. (10) Bushing. (11) Guides. (12) Rings.

Remove screw (3). Remove washer (5), axial bearing (6), and spring pin (4) .
Remove radial bearing (8) and roller (7) .
Remove ring (12), guide (11), and socket setscrew (9) from each side of feed roller arm (1) .
Remove bushing (10) . HH75

Remove socket setscrews (14). Remove cap (15), cup spring (17), ball retainer (18), and ball (19) .
Repeat Step 1 on the other side of feed roller arm (1) .
Remove screws (13). Remove guards (16) and scrapers (20) .
Remove bushing (21) .
