Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (10). The weight of hydraulic tank (10) is approximately 98 kg (215 lb). Position hydraulic tank (10) to the machine.

Install bolts (14) .

Install bolts (12) and install bolts (11) .

Position tube assemblies (9) and (8). Install bolts (7) and (6) .
Position elbow (5) and install bolts (4) .

Connect harness assemblies (3) .

Position platform (1) and install bolts (2) .
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
