Drain Water and Sediment
1. Open the drain valve. 2. Allow all water and sediment to drain through the drain port in the frame.3. Close the drain valve.Main Drive Shaft Spline
Lubricate Fitting
1. Disconnect the steering frame lock link. Start the engine.2. Turn the machine full right or left.3. Lower the dozer blade, apply the parking/secondary brake and stop the engine. 4. Lubricate one fitting.Main Drive Shaft Support Bearings
Lubricate Fittings
1. Lubricate the front bearing through the fitting in the block in front of the rear case. 2. Lubricate the rear bearing through the fitting in the center of the drive shaft.Frame Upper and Lower Pivot Bearings
Lubricate Fittings
1. Lubricate one fitting at the upper pivot pin. 2. Lubricate one fitting at the lower pivot pin.Hitch Oscillation Bearing
Lubricate Fittings
Lubricate front and rear bearing. Lubricate one fitting on top of rear case. Lubricate one fitting located on the front right side of oscillation hitch area.Winch Drive Splines
Lubricate Fittings
1. Lubricate one fitting in the front spline, through the access hole in the front floor plate. 2. Lubricate one fitting in the center spline, located in the pivot area. 3. Lubricate one fitting in the rear spline, through the access hole in the shaft cover plate.Steering Cylinder Bearings
Lubricate Fittings
1. Lubricate one fitting at the rod end of each cylinder.2. Lubricate one fitting at the head end of each cylinder. Total of four fittings.
