1. Move the machine forward, or backward until the segment to be removed is in the position shown.2. Remove six nuts (1). Use two persons to remove sprocket segment (2). The weight of the sprocket segment is approximately 28.3 kg (63 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the sprocket segment.3. Put SAE 30W Oil on the threads of the sprocket segment bolts.4. Use two persons to put sprocket segment (2) in position on the final drive.5. Install bolts and nuts (1) (with the head of the bolts against the final drive). Tighten all the nuts to a torque of 870 70 N m (642 50 lb ft). Then tighten the nuts an additional 1/3 turn. The final torque must be a minimum of 1500 N m (1106 lb ft).
