(2) 5P-1076 Hard Washer
Install the top Bolt/Washer combination into the machine. Screw the Bolt/Washer combination into the machine far enough to allow for adequate clearance to slide the counterweights onto the bolts. Install the bolts into the machine at least five turns to ensure that the bolts will hold the weights until fully torqued. Combine the 5P-1076 Hard Washers (2) with the 8T-6868 Bolts (4) for use with one 388-7875 Counterweight Kit.Combine the 5P-1076 Hard Washers (2) with the 8T-5001 Bolts (3) for use with two 388-7875 Counterweight Kits.

Lift one of the 345-5147 Counterweight (1) into position. Slide the Counterweight into position from the rear of the machine, forward.

(3) 8T-5001 Bolt
Repeat this process with a second 345-5147 Counterweight (1) if the 91 kg (200 lb) configuration is being used. Note: Plates weigh 34.0 kg (75.0 lb) each. Use a suitable lifting device or seek assistance to ensure safe installation of the plates.

Thread the third Bolt and Washer combination (2, 3) into the bottom hole on the machine. Torque the three bolts to 100 20 N m (73.76 14.75 lb ft)
Repeat this process for the other side of the machine.
