Raise hopper (1). Install a suitable block under hopper (1). Lower hopper (1) onto the block.

Remove lower bolt (3) and pin assembly (2) from the hydraulic cylinder.

Attach a suitable lifting device to cover assembly (5). Remove bolts (6) and remove cover assembly (5) from hopper (4). The weight of cover assembly (5) is approximately 44 kg (96 lb).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hopper (4). Remove bolt (8), rod (7), and the washers. Remove hopper (4) from the machine. The weight of hopper (4) is approximately 580 kg (1279 lb). Installation Procedure

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hopper (4). The weight of hopper (4) is approximately 580 kg (1279 lb). Install hopper (4). Install rod (7), the washers, and bolt (8).

Attach a suitable lifting device to cover assembly (5). The weight of cover assembly (5) is approximately 44 kg (96 lb). Install cover assembly (5) and bolts (6) to hopper (4).

Install pin assembly (2) and lower bolt (3) to the hydraulic cylinder.

Raise hopper (1). Remove the suitable block. Lower hopper (1).
