INSTALL AIR HORN GROUP
1. Put horn valve (1) in position in the steering column sheet assembly and install the bolts and washers to hold the valve.2. Install elbow (2) in horn valve (1).3. Connect air lines (3) and (4) to horn valve (1).4. Put horn assembly (5) in position and install bolt (8), the washers and nut to hold it to the angle. Install the washer, lockwasher and nut on the horn assembly adapter.5. Install the elbow (7) in the horn assembly adapter and connect air line (6) to it.6. Install shroud (9) under the left side of the operator's platform.7. Close the platform over the horn assembly and install the three bolts and washers to hold it to the left side of the machine. DISASSEMBLE AIR HORN GROUP
start by:a) remove air horn group1. Remove cotter pin (4). Remove button (5) from the stem.2. Remove elbow (1) from cap (2).3. Remove the cap from valve body (3).4. Remove the strainer, spring, seat, valve and stem from the valve body.5. Remove the nuts, washers, bolts (10), bracket (7) and clamps (9) from the horn assembly.6. Remove grommets (8) from projectors (11).7. If necessary, remove covers (6), the discs, diaphragms, seals and gaskets from the horn body. Remove the pad and adapter from the bottom of the horn body. ASSEMBLE AIR HORN GROUP
1. Install the gaskets, diaphragms (8), discs (7), the seals and covers (6) on the horn body.2. Install adapter (10) and pad (9) on the bottom of the horn body.3. Install grommets (3) on projectors (2).4. Put clamps (1) and (5) and bracket (4) in position and install the bolts, washers and nuts to hold them.5. Install valve (19) on stem (14).6. Install stem and valve in body (15).7. Install seat (13), spring (18) and strainer (12) in the body. Install cap (17).8. Install elbow (11) in the cap.9. Put button (20) in position on the stem and install cotter pin (16).end by:a) install air horn group
