(22) Fasten 5V7478 Angle (59) to bar (58) with two 6H1717 Bolts and 5P8245 Washers. Install 2P1281 Unions (60) and fasten with 7F2050 Locknuts. Remove plugs (61) from the control valve and install two 8M505 Connectors, 3K360 Seals and 8M547 Elbows (62). (23) Connect 7V829 Hoses (63) to elbows (62) and unions (60). Put 8S4951 Caps (64) on unions (60). (24) Fasten 7V709 Tube Assembly (65) and 7V708 Tube Assembly (66) to bar (58) with two 8K3235 Spacers (67), four 8K4691 Clamps (68) and four 1A1460 Bolts and 5P8245 Washers. Install tubes (65) and (66) to the control valve with two 1P3704 Seals, and eight S1571 Bolts. (25) Install 5H4020 Covers (68) with 4J522 Seals, 1P4578 Flanges, T772 Bolts and 5P8244 Washers, to tubes (65) and (66). (26) Disconnect elbow (67) and the hose; install 7D978 Tee (68) and install 306936 Reducer and 8M744 Nut (69) to tee (68). Install elbow (67) to tee (68) and again connect the hose to elbow (67). (27) Remove the plug from the back of control valve (6) and install 307947 Elbow and 3J1907 Seal. Connect 5V7541 Hose (70) between the elbow and the reducer in tee (68). (28) Remove cover (71); use the same flanges, bolts and washers to connect 5V7540 Hose (72) with 4J524 Seal to the filter housing. Connect the other end to control valve (6) with 4J524 Seal, two 1P4579 Flanges, four S1585 Bolts and 5P8245 Washers. (29) Install hose (73) if it was removed.Installation Of Switch Group And Wiring Harness
(1) Remove handles (1). Put 7V1109 Harness Assembly (2) in position in the cab as shown; push the three wires through levers (3). (2) Install a 3V1965 Adapter (4) to each lever (3) and fasten with nut (5). To install 7N9179 Switch (6) to adapter (4), remove the cover and screw (7); put the hole in adapter (4) in alignment with the holes in switch (6) and install screw (7). (3) On left switch (6), connect white/yellow wire (8) to terminal (A), red wire (9) to terminal (B) and orange/black wire (10) to terminal (C). Install the cover. (4) On right switch (6), connect purple/yellow wire (11) to terminal (A), red wire (12) to terminal (B) and tan/red wire (13) to terminal (C). Install the cover. (5) Install 7V1107 Wire Assembly (14) to the existing wiring harness; this will make the circuit complete. The open end of the wiring harness is in the left console. (6) Fasten 7V1108 Bracket (15) to 1P5976 Relay (16) with two 4B1229 Screws, 2H2615 Washers and 4B2047 Nuts. (7) Remove spacer (17). Fasten bracket (15) and the relay to the plate with the existing bolts. Connect red wire (18) to terminal (D), black wire (19) to terminal (E), purple/yellow wire (20) to terminal (F) and red wires (21) to terminal (G). (8) Connect 7V1109 Harness Assembly (22) to the open end of existing console harness assembly (23). (9) Put 2V9473 Diode (24) on harness (22). (10) Disconnect tube (25)
