If there has been a previous repair, part age/hours will apply. Retain a copy of the previous repair invoice in the dealer's records for audit purposes, and specify repair date and machine hours in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim.

Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
For 336D2 H Machines:
1. Replace existing 375-5658 Pipe Assembly (A) with new 488-5701 Pipe Assembly (B). Refer to Image1.1.1 and 1.1.2 for the location of pipe assembly (A).
2. Remove 457-6213 Bracket Assembly (C).
3. Install two new 132-2155 U-bolts (D) with new 488-5672 Bracket Assembly (E) and 488-5674 Bracket Assembly (F) using the following hardware: three 7X-7729 Washers and three 8T-4136 Bolts at location (G), one 8T-4121 Washer and one 8T-4136 Bolt at location (H). Refer to Image1.1.2.

4. Install four 5P-1076 Washers (J), four 8T-4244 Nuts (inside) (K), and four 8T-4244 Nuts (outside) (L). Refer to Image1.1.2, Detail A, and Image1.2.1.
5. Tighten the four 8T-4244 Nuts (inside) (K) to a specified torque of 1 +/- 0.2 N.m.
6. Tighten the four 8T-4244 Nuts (outside) (L) to a specified torque of 50 +/- 10 N.m.

For 330D-340D Machines:
1. Replace existing 375-5658 Pipe Assembly (A) with new 488-5701 Pipe Assembly (B).
Refer to Image2.1.1 for the location of pipe assembly (A).
2. Remove 230-2939 Bracket Assembly (M). Refer to Image2.1.2.
3. Install one new 132-2155 U-bolts (D), one 489-2332 (N), with new 488-5672 Bracket Assembly (E) and 488-5673 Bracket Assembly (P) using the following hardware: five 7X-7729 Washers and five 8T-4136 Bolts at location (G), one 8T-4121 Washer and one 8T-4136 Bolt at location (H). Refer to Image2.1.2.

4. Install four 5P-1076 Washers (J), four 8T-4244 Nuts (inside) (K), and four 8T-4244 Nuts (outside) (L). Refer to Image2.1.2, Detail A, and Image2.2.1.
5. Tighten the four 8T-4244 Nuts (inside) (K) to a specified torque of 1 +/- 0.2 N.m.
6. Tighten the four 8T-4244 Nuts (outside) (L) to a specified torque of 50 +/- 10 N.m.
