An ON/OFF ball valve is located on the inlet hose to the pump. This valve can be closed when tank or pump maintenance is required.

Filter Bags
Check the filter bags daily. Change the filter bags whenever the cleaning solution does not filter through them in a reasonable amount of time.

To change the filter bag, simply loosen the hose clamp, replace the filter bag with a new 184-2319 Filter Bag , and replace and retighten the hose clamp.

Water Separator
Check the water/fluid separator daily. When the fill tube shows liquid above the halfway mark, remove the canister and empty the liquid.

To remove the canister, unscrew the top canister ring.

Periodically clean the parts of the water separator and the white synthetic filter with a mild cleaning solution. To remove the synthetic filter, unscrew the lower portion of the filter. Clean and replace the parts as shown.

Air Line Lubricator
Periodically check the oil level in the air line lubricator. If the oil level is not visible in the oil level tube, remove the plug in the top of the lubricator and add a light-weight, air lubricating oil.

Spin-On Filters
The washer tank comes from the factory with a 2 micron filter element. When the flow of cleaning solution is reduced, change the filter element. Optional filter elements are available, depending on the cleanliness requirements of the cleaning solution.

The cleaning solution can be filtered by placing the cleaning solution hose into the top of the cylinder washer and filtering it through the filter bags. Allow the cylinder washer to continuously pump cleaning solution through the system.Magnets
Periodically wipe off the particles that have been attracted to the magnets. Place the magnets back inside the filter bags when they are clean.
