Loosen bolt (22) and washer (23) in order to loosen hose clip (26) .
Remove bolt (24) and washer (25) in order to remove hose clip (27). Do not discard bolt (24), washer (25), or clip (27) .
Remove hose assembly (15) from fitting (20) on the right hand fuel tank.
Remove fitting (20) from tube assembly (21) on the right hand fuel tank.

Use a 14.3 mm (0.562 inch) drill bit in order to drill a hole in tube assembly (13) and tube assembly (14). Refer to Illustration 6 and Illustration 7.

Use a 14.3 mm (0.562 inch) drill bit in order to drill a hole in tube assembly (21). Refer to Illustration 8 and Illustration 9.

It is not necessary to remove threaded boss (29) in order to install threaded boss (30) over hole (28). Refer to Illustration 10, Illustration 11, and Illustration 12.
Center threaded boss (30) over hole (28). Apply a 3 mm (0.118 inch) fillet weld around boss (30) in order to weld the boss onto the center fuel tank. Refer to Illustration 10, Illustration 11, and Illustration 12.
