Installation of the Pin Puller

Assemble link (58) to pin (57) with two retainer plates (60), four bolts (67), and four washers (68). Install the pin to the carriage assembly.
Install cylinder (70) to the carriage with pin (66), washer (61) and ring (62) .
Install lever (59) to the carriage. Use pin (63), ring (65) and washer (64) .
Connect lever (59) to pin (57). Use pin (69), ring (62), and washer (61) .
Connect lever (59) to cylinder (70). Use pin (66), ring (62), and washer (61) .

Install two connectors (81), two seals (82) and two seals (73) to cylinder group (70) .
Install two connectors (71) to the pin puller control valve with two seals (72) .
Connect hose assemblies (74) and (75) to connectors (71). Use two seals (73) .
Connect the other ends of hose assemblies (74) and (75) to connectors (81) at cylinder group (70) .
Use six bolts (76) and six washers (77) to install three clips (79), three clips (80) and three grommets (78), as shown. Secure hose assemblies (74) and (75) .Note: Leave a loop in both hose assemblies (74) and (75), as shown, in order to permit tilting of the ripper without breaking the hose assemblies.
Operate the pin puller, the lift cylinders, and the tilt cylinders in both directions several times. Check all connections for leaks. Make repairs, if necessary.
Check the hydraulic tank oil level. If necessary, add oil in order to maintain the level at the FULL mark on the sight gauge.
Install tooth (24) with the pin puller.Installation of Ripper Lights

Assemble the small bracket to the lamp with one bolt, two washers and one nut. Tighten the bolt to a torque of 25 6 N m (18.5 4 lb ft).
Assemble harness assembly (87) to the terminals on the lamps. Tighten the terminal screws to a torque of 1.7 0.25 N m (1.3 0.2 lb ft).
Install bracket (86) to the transmission cover with three bolts (89) and three washers (88) .

Assemble the guard to bracket (86) with four mounts, eight nuts and eight washers. Tighten to a torque of 20 4 N m (14.8 3 lb ft).
Assemble the lamp to the bracket. Assemble one bolt and one washer through the top of the guard assembly. Tighten the bolt to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).
Connect harness assembly (84) to the existing harness on the tractor.Note: Items that are not numbered are part of
