Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the front bottom guard and the front center bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Remove" for the correct procedure.

Remove bolts (1). Remove spacer (2). Use two people in order to remove vibration damper (3). The weight of vibration damper (3) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).

Loosen bolts (4) fully. Rotate pulley (5) while you remove bolts (4). Remove pulley (5). The weight of pulley (5) is approximately 18 kg (40 lb).Installation Procedure

Position pulley (5). The weight of pulley (5) is approximately 18 kg (40 lb). Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (4) and install bolts (4). Rotate pulley (5) while you install bolts (4) .

Use two people in order to position vibration damper (3). The weight of vibration damper (3) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Position spacer (2) and install bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 45 7 kg (100 15 lb).End By: Install the front bottom guard and the front center bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Install" for the correct procedure.
