HOSE AS 3536095 - Caterpillar

Start By:
Release the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release" for the correct procedure.
Remove the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove" for the correct procedure.Note: SERVICE DATA: TOOLING (ZZ) WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE REMOVAL OR THE INSTALLATION. THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN IN ORDER TO ASSIST THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Caterpillar Tools and Shop Products Guide" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Caterpillar products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
Note: Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all wires, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies. This helps to prevent fluid loss, and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

Remove the hydraulic tank cap and install Tooling (A). Apply 276 kPa (40 psi) to 414 kPa (60 psi) of air pressure to Tooling (A) .

Remove nuts (2). Position bracket (1) out of the way.
Disconnect hose assemblies (3) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to cooler assembly (5) .
Remove nuts (4). Remove cooler assembly (5). The weight of cooler assembly (5) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to cooler assembly (5) and position cooler assembly (5) to the machine. The weight of cooler assembly (5) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).
Install nuts (4) .

Connect hose assemblies (3) .
Position bracket (1). Install nuts (2) .
