Use the following steps to determine the problem.
Investigate the possibility of debris that may be present in the 299-9605 Manifold .

Use a flashlight to look into the bores (1) and (2) for debris.
Remove the 228-7381 Check Valve Gp .

(3) Location of the chip
Check for debris.
Remove any blockage or debris.
Flush the passages of the manifold with solvent in order to ensure that the passages are clean.
Reassemble the fittings.Torque ... 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft)
Reassemble the check valve.Torque ... 105 10 N m (77 7 lb ft)
