Information:
Start By:a. remove floor plates 1. Remove panel (1) on both sides of the machine.2. Remove cover (2), panel (3) and ladder (4) from the left side of the machine. 3. Remove panel (5), cover (6) and ladder (7) from the right side of the machine. 4. Remove four bolts (8) that hold support (9). Remove support (9).5. Identify and disconnect oil lines (10), (11) and (12) from the priority valve.6. Identify and disconnect lines (13) and (14) from the top of the master cylinder. 7. Identify and disconnect lines (15) and (16) from the bottom of the master cylinder.8. Identify and disconnect heater lines (17) and (18) from the bottom of the heater control. 9. Identify and disconnect heater hoses (19) and (20). 10. Identify and disconnect two steering cylinder hoses (21) from the steering metering unit. 11. Identify and disconnect seven wire connectors (22). Remove wire clamp (23) [hidden], that holds the wiring harness to the bottom of the cab.12. Remove nut (24) to disconnect the wire strap. 13. Remove cotter pin (25) and pin (26) to disconnect the parking brake. 14. Remove circlip (27) holding brake cable (28) in bracket (29). Remove the cable from the bracket and pull the disconnect end into the cab. 15. Disconnect accelerator linkage (30). 16. Fasten tooling (A) and a hoist to the top of the cab. Be sure to obtain the correct chain length so that the cab stays level when lifting. The front of the cab is heavier than the rear.17. Remove two bolts (31), bolt (32) and plate (33) on both sides of the cab. 18. Remove two bolts (34), bolt (35) and plate (36) on both sides of the machine.
Make a visual inspection around the cab to see if all disconnections and removals have been performed to safely remove the cab.
19. Remove the cab slowly. The weight of the cab is 700 Kg (1545 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the cab. 20. Put cab in position and make sure it is hanging in a level position. At this point route the heater lines and hoses through the bottom of the cab before the cab is completely set in place.21. Set the cab in position. Install plate (36), bolt (35) and two bolts (34) on both sides of the machine. Tighten bolt (35) to torque of 570 80 N m (420 60 lb. ft.). Tighten bolts (34) to a torque of 150 20 N m (110 15 lb. ft.). 22. Install plate (33), bolt (32) and two bolts (31) on both sides of the cab.23. Tighten bolt (32) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 60 lb. ft.). Tighten bolts (31) to a torque of 150 20 N m (110 15 lb. ft.). 24. Connect accelerator linkage (30). 25. Install brake cable (28) in bracket (29). Install circlip (27). 26. Connect the parking brake with pin (26) and cotter pin (25). 27.
