HOSE AS 3631727 - Caterpillar

1. Remove mounting bolts (1).2. Remove nuts and washers (2). 3. Remove bolts and clamps (3) from the wire harness.4. Loosen three mounting bracket bolts (4). 5. Remove mounting bracket bolts (4) and lower the instrument panel with a hoist and strap. Place identification marks on all electrical and hydraulic connectors attached to the instrument panel to assure proper assembly.6. Mark for identification and disconnect all electrical and hydraulic lines (5) from instrument panel (6). Remove the instrument panel. The following steps are for the installation of the instrument panel. 7. Use a strap and hoist to hold the instrument panel in position. Connect all electrical connections and hydraulic lines (5) to instrument panel (6). 8. Install mounting bracket bolts (4). Install all wire harness clamps (3). 9. Install mounting bolts (1).10. Install washers and nuts (2).
