A 1U-7505 Hydraulic Jack 1 Note: This procedure is intended for the removal of the bottom guards in a shop environment. The underneath conditions must be solid, flat, smooth, and unobstructed. Fully read this procedure and fully understand this procedure before proceeding with the work.Note: Use caution around potential pinch points. Be alert for possible movement of the guards.Note: Inspect the Tooling for proper condition and proper operation.Note: Do not place any part of your body under the bottom guard unless the mounting hardware is installed. Make sure that the Tooling is in the proper location and giving proper support to the guard before the mounting hardware is loosened.Note: Bottom guards may contain a significant amount of rock, dirt, liquids and debris, which will result in significant additional weight.

The weight of front guard assembly (1) is approximately 215 kg (475 lb). Position Tooling (A) under front guard assembly (1). Loosen bolts (3) and nuts (2). Do not remove bolts (3) and nuts (2). If necessary, pry front guard assembly (1) loose from the tractor main frame. Ensure that there are no people under front guard assembly (1). Remove bolts (3) and nuts (2). Use Tooling (A) to lower front guard assembly (1).

The weight of front center guard assembly (5) is approximately 249 kg (550 lb). Position Tooling (A) under front center guard assembly (5). Remove hinge pins (4). Loosen nuts (6). Do not remove nuts (6). If necessary, pry center guard assembly (5) loose from the tractor main frame. Some bottom guards have a hole for a pusher bolt in the flange on the side opposite of the hinges. Ensure that there are no people under center guard assembly (5). Remove nuts (6). Use Tooling (A) to lower front center guard assembly (5).

The weight of rear center guard assembly (9) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb). Position Tooling (A) under rear center guard assembly (9). Remove hinge pins (7). Loosen nuts (8). Do not remove nuts (8). If necessary, pry rear center guard assembly (9) loose from the tractor main frame. Some bottom guards have a hole for a pusher bolt in the flange on the side opposite of the hinges. Ensure that there are no people under rear center guard assembly (9). Remove nuts (8). Use Tooling (A) to lower rear center guard assembly (9).

The weight of rear guard assembly (11) is approximately 172 kg (380 lb). Position Tooling (A) under rear guard assembly (11). Loosen bolts (13) and nuts (10). Do not remove bolts (12) and nuts (10). If necessary, pry rear guard assembly (11) loose from the tractor main frame. Ensure that there are no people under rear guard assembly (11). Remove bolts (12) and nuts (10). Use Tooling (A) to lower rear guard assembly (11).
