Before assembly, coat all bores for the pins and the cylinder pin bores with black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge. After assembly, apply black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge to all joints from the fittings.
1 2 093-1430 Lip Type Seal Before assembly, lubricate the sealing lips with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install the dust seal so that the lip faces outside, as shown.
2 2 265-8720 Bushing Before assembly, all bores must be free from paint and grease. After assembly, coat all the bores with black 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.
Bore diameter before assembly is 45.221 0.015 mm (1.7804 0.0006 in).
Installation depth is 5.00 0.50 mm (0.20 0.02 in).

5 As required, use the following shims to adjust the minimum lateral clearance to the maximum of 0.6 mm (0.02 in):
