Also, the new gasket has the following features, which are shown in Illustration 1. The new gasket helps to eliminate oil leaks.Adaptable To: The gasket is adaptable back to the first production of the engine. The 345-0412 Gasket is a direct replacement for the 188-0210 Gasket. The change is effective at the factory with the engine serial number JKX00265-UP.ReferenceDisassembly and Assembly, RENR2389, "Engine Oil Pan Removal and Installation"Note: The 345-0412 Gasket is also available for the following Marine Engines that are listed in the serial number's list: 3406E, C15 and C18. The 345-0412 Gasket can replace the 4N-1151 Gasket or the 4N-3661 Oil Pan Gasket.
