Apply Tooling (G) to seals (15) . Install seals (15) to the rod end of the tilt cylinder and to the head end of the tilt cylinder.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (4) . The weight of tilt cylinder (4) is approximately 880 kg (1940 lb). Position tilt cylinder (4) . Attach a suitable lifting device to pin (14) . The weight of pin (14) is approximately 55 kg (121 lb). Install pin (14) .

Apply Tooling (H) to the internal surfaces and to the external surfaces of collars (13) . Tooling (A) may be used as a handle in order to aid with the installation of collar (13) . Repeat for the other side. Collars (13) should be evenly spaced.
Install bolt (12) . Tighten bolt (12) to a torque of 1800 200 N m (1327 147 lb ft).
Strike collars (13) . Then, tighten bolt (12) to a torque of 1800 200 N m (1327 147 lb ft). Repeat this step until a torque of 1800 200 N m (1327 147 lb ft) is maintained.

Connect grease hose assembly (10) . Install bolt (12) . Install plugs (11) .

Place hose assemblies (7) and (8) into position. Connect hose assemblies (7) and (8) .
Install block (9) .

Extend the rod end of the tilt cylinder into position. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to front pin (6) . The weight of front pin (6) is approximately 55 kg (121 lb). Install front pin (6) .

Tooling (A) may be used as a handle in order to aid in the installation of collars (5) . Repeat for the other side. Collars (5) should be evenly spaced.
Install bolt (2) and plugs (1) to the top of the tilt lever.
Tighten bolt (2) to a torque of 1800 200 N m (1327 147 lb ft).
Strike collars (5) . Then, tighten bolt (2) to a torque of 1800 200 N m (1327 147 lb ft). Repeat this step until a torque of 1800 200 N m (1327 147 lb ft) is maintained.

Connect hose assembly (3) from the rod end of the tilt cylinder.

Remove the suitable lifting device from tilt cylinder (4) .
Tighten the center bolts of the tilt cylinder pins to a torque of 1800 200 N m (1327 147 lb ft) after 50 hours of operation.
