Slip Limit Override for Three-Point Hitch
This feature can be used to select a maximum percentage of track slip before the three-point hitch raises. When the track slip is again below the preset value, the hitch will return to the working height. The slip limit range is 8 to 20 percent. A new potentiometer on the right hand console sets the slip limit value.In order to use the slip limit feature, additional parts are required. See the special instruction that is referenced at the beginning of this article for instructions on installation.Calibration Constant for Radar
The operator can now reset the internal calibration constant for the radar. Previously, if the internal constant was set too high the Chassis Control Module (CCM) would not allow a successful 122 m (400 ft) calibration. The internal constant will now revert to the factory nominal value upon the start of the 122 m (400 ft) calibration. Upon completion of the calibration, the calibration constant for the radar must be within 12.5 percent of the factory nominal setting. The factory nominal setting is 744 mm (29.3 inch). The operator is notified of the "failure to calibrate" by a flashing "READ MANUAL" icon (open book) and "CAL" icon on the Electronic Monitoring Center (EMC).Overspeed Alarm for Power Take-Off (PTO)
The overspeed alarm for the PTO will sound and the light for an engaged PTO will flash when the PTO goes into the first overspeed condition. Only the light for an engaged PTO will flash for each additional occurrence of an overspeed condition. Previously, the overspeed alarm would sound for every occurrence of an overspeed condition.Area Accumulator
The function of the area accumulator has been significantly improved. Previously, the three-point hitch overrides the implement status switch (ISS). By using the new software, the operator can select a value for the threshold in Mode 1 by using the EMC. The area accumulator will accumulate information from one of three source. The source depends on the value that was used for the threshold. The settings are listed in the following table:

( 1 ) The source of the input will be from the three-point hitch position sensor up to the height limit setting.
( 2 ) If the height limit setting on the hitch is lower than the value for the threshold, then the value for the threshold will default to the height limit setting. The hitch must also be enabled.
