Lift Kickout
1. Move the machine to level ground. Raise the lift arms to the desired kickout position.2. Adjust control group (1) so that the gap between the control group on the frame and magnet assembly (2) on the lift arm is 10.0 2.0 mm (.393 .08 in).3. Rotate plate (3) holding control group (1) on the frame until the center of magnet assembly (2) is even with the center of the control group. Tighten two bolts (8).4. Maximum kickout height adjustment occurs when the lift cylinders have 10.0 1.0 mm (.393 .04 in) travel left.Bucket Positioner
1. Move the machine to level ground. Stop the engine.2. Assemble magnet assembly (5) in pin hole until the magnet assembly contacts the plate on the pin assembly. Turn the magnet assembly counterclockwise so the longer length is perpendicular to tube assembly (9). Tighten setscrews (4) to 6 1 N m (53 9.0 lb in).3. Loosen two bolts (10) and tighten spreader screw (11) in bracket (6). Adjust tube assembly (9) so that the front edge of control group (7) is opposite the front edge of magnet assembly (5). Loosen spreader screw (11) and tighten two bolts (10) and apply 15 4 N m (11.0 3.0 lb ft) torque to spreader screw (11).4. Start the engine and position the tilt cylinder rod pin assembly to provide a minimum gap between magnet assembly (5) and control group (7). Stop the engine.5. Adjust cover (12) and control group (7) so the control group is vertically centered on the face of magnet assembly (5) with a gap of 5 1 mm (.2 .04 in).IT38F

To adjust the forward attachment positioner extend the tilt cylinder to its the longest desired position.4. Loosen three bolts (16) and two bolts (12) and slide tube assembly (5) until the rear edge of magnet assembly (14) is even with the rear edge of front control group (13). Tighten the five bolts.5. Loosen two bolts (15) and adjust magnet assembly (14) until the gap between the magnet assembly and the front control group is 6.0 2.0 mm (.236 .08 in). Tighten the two bolts.6.
