3. Remove levers (3) from the shafts. 4. Remove keys (4) and washers (5) from shafts (6). Remove the shafts from bracket assemblies (7).
There is spring force behind bracket assemblies (7).
5. Remove bracket assemblies (7) from the valve body. Remove the O-ring seal from the brackets. 6. Remove bearings (8) from each of the brackets (7). 7. Remove twelve point head bolts (9). Make a separation of the pressure control valve from the selector valve. 8. Remove gasket (10) and O-ring seals (11) from the valve bodies. 9. Remove sequence valve body (12) from the valve body. 10. Remove plug (13). Remove the O-ring seals from the plug.
There is spring force behind plug (14).
11. Remove plug (14). Remove O-ring seal (15) from the plug.12. Remove stop assembly (16). Remove the dowel from stop (16).13. Remove spring (17) and valve spool (18) from the valve body. 14. Remove O-ring seal (19) from valve body (12). 15. Remove O-ring seal (20).16. Remove retainer (21). 17. Remove piston (23) from the valve body.18. Remove spring assemblies (22) and (24) from the valve body. 19. Remove valve spools (25) from the valve body. Remove the slugs from the spools. 20. Remove flanges (26) from the valve body.
There is spring force behind cover (33).
21. Remove covers (33) and (34).22. Remove spring (30). Remove valve spool (27) from the valve body.23. Remove valve spool (28) from the valve body.
There is spring force behind bolt (35).
24. Remove bolt (35) from the spool.25. Remove retainer (32), spring (31) and retainer (29) from the spool. 26. Remove washer (36).27. Remove valve assembly (37) from the valve body. Remove the O-ring seal from the valve assembly. 28. Remove pin (38) and ball (39) from the valve housing. 29. Remove bushings (40) from the valve body. 30. Remove O-ring seals (41) and (42) from each bushing (40).Assemble Winch Control Valve
1. Clean and inspect all parts. Make a replacement of the parts that are worn or damaged. Put clean SAE 10W oil on all parts at assembly. 2. Install O-ring seals (1) and (3) on each of bushings (2). 3. Install bushings (2) in the valve body. 4. Install ball (5) and pin (3) in valve housing (4). Distance "X" must be .03 in. (0.76 mm). 5. Install the O-ring seal on valve assembly (4). Install the valve assembly in the valve body.6. Put washer (6) in position on the valve body. Put 1P808 General Purpose Lubricant on the washer to hold it in position. 7. Put valve spool (9) and spring (8) in position in the valve body.8. Put retainer (13), spring (12) and retainer (11) in position on the valve spool (14). Tighten the bolt to a torque of 22 3 lb. ft. (28 4 N m).9. Install the gaskets and covers (7) and (10) on the valve body. 10. Install flanges (15) on the valve body. 11. Put slugs (17) in position in valve spools (16).12. Put spools (16) in position in the pressure control
