Install eight bolts (41) that secure bonnet (42) and the gasket to transmission oil cooler (5) .

Install eight bolts (6) that secure bonnet (40) and the gasket to transmission oil cooler (5) .Note: Two bolts (6) will be installed in Steps 18 and 30.

Attach a suitable lifting sling around transmission oil cooler (5). Secure the suitable lifting sling to a hoist.

Position transmission oil cooler (5) to bracket (39). The weight of transmission oil cooler (5) is 186 kg (410 lb).
Install three bolts (38) that secure transmission oil cooler (5) to bracket (39) .

Install three bolts (36) that secure transmission oil cooler (5) to bracket (37) .
Connect tube assembly (35) and the O-ring to transmission oil cooler (5) .
Install two bolts (34), the washers, and the retainers that secure tube assembly (35) and the retaining ring to transmission oil cooler (5) .

Position hose (33) to transmission oil cooler (5). Tighten hose clamp (32) .
Connect two hose assemblies (30) and (31) to transmission oil cooler (5) .

If the installation is applicable, install cable assembly (29) to the engine oil pan.
Connect hose assembly (28) to transmission oil cooler (5) .
Install bolt (6) that secures angle (27) to transmission oil cooler (5) .

Position tube assembly (12) and the O-ring to elbow (19) .
Install two bolts (23), two washers (24), and two retainers (25) that secure ring retainer (26) and tube assembly (12) to elbow (19) .
Position elbow (19), gasket (22), and tube assembly (12) to the engine. Install four bolts (21) that secure elbow (19) and gasket (22) to the engine.
If the installation is applicable, install cable assembly (20) to elbow (19). Connect hose assembly (18) to elbow (19) .
Position two clips (17) to tube assembly (12). Install bolt (16), the washers, and the nut that secures two clips (17) to the bracket on the engine.
Install the lower panel assembly on the left side of the machine.

Position two clips (15) to tube assembly (12). Install the bolt, the washers, and the nut that secures two clips (15) to tube assembly (12) .
Install bolt (13) and the washer that secures angle (14) to transmission oil cooler (5) .

Position tube assembly (12) and the O-ring to elbow (2) .
Install two bolts (8), two washers (9), and two retainers (10) that secure ring retainer (11) and tube assembly (12) to elbow (2) .
Position elbow (2) and gasket (4) to the bonnet on the end of transmission oil cooler (5) .
Install bolt (6) and the washer that secures angle (7) to transmission oil cooler (5) .
Install four bolts (3) that secure elbow (2) and gasket (4) to the bonnet on the end of transmission oil cooler (5) .
Connect hose assembly (1) to elbow (2) .End By: Install the brake oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Brake Oil Cooler - Install".
