9-7692. In order to adjust the piston clearance, remove or insert suitable shims. Shims 0.2 and 0.5 mm thick are available. Note for Refitment:If the piston clearance is too great when three shims are fitted as described in point 78, proceed as follows: Lift the cylinder slightly and cut the appropriate shim with a side cutter, Fig. 9-77 and remove. When inserting several shims, one shim 0.5 mm thick should be inserted per 0.5 mm.
