Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the track roller frame. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track Roller Frame - Remove".
Personal injury can result from servicing the track roller frame without referring to the Disassembly and Assembly manual.Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly manual which contains the disassembly procedure that must be used to safely service the track roller frame.
Place the track roller frame on a level surface. Support each end of the track roller frame with the track guides.

The roller frame is shown in the inverted position.
Remove thrust ring (2) from retainer (1).
Cut seal (3) (not shown) in order to remove the retainer from the roller frame.
Remove retainer (1) and the outer half of the seal.
Use a suitable press in order to remove the outer half of the seal from the retainer.

The roller frame is shown in the inverted position.
Remove the inner half of the seal from sleeve (5). Note: Sleeve (5) may not need to be replaced. Inspect sleeve (5) for wear or for damage. If sleeve (5) is worn or damaged, replace sleeve (5).
Remove sleeve (5) from roller frame (4).
