Remove 9S-4185 Plug that is located in the bottom of manifold (F) of hydraulic tank (A). Install 6V-8625 Elbow (17), 6V-8398 O-Ring Seal (18) and 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal (19) into manifold (F).
Replace the existing hose assembly that is located on the hydraulic tank with 9S-4185 Plug (21).
Route hose (20) for the case drain of the propel motor to the bottom of manifold (F). Use a 130-0473 Hose As on the following machines: CS-533, CP-533, CS-563, and CP-563 Vibratory Soil Compactors.
Use a 114-0949 Hose As on the CS-573 and CS-583 Vibratory Soil Compactors.

Route 110-9156 Hose As (22) from port (23) on the hydraulic tank to port (24) on the drum propel pump. Refer to Illustration 13.
Install one 6V-8398 O-Ring Seal (18), one 6V-8721 Elbow (25), and one 2M-9780 O-Ring Seal (26) into port (27) on the drum propel pump. Refer to Illustration 13.

Route 110-5292 Hose As (28) from the axle propel motor to port (27) on the drum propel pump. Refer to Illustration 13 and Illustration 14.

Install 117-9983 Adapter (29), 6V-0405 Seal (30), and 4J-5477 O-Ring Seal (31) on the final drive planetary.
Use a 111-7052 O-Ring Seal, two 9X-8257 Washers, and two 7X-2553 Bolts in order to install 123-5259 Piston Motor Gp (32).

Install 6V-8641 Connector (33) , 4J-5477 O-Ring Seal (34) and 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (35) on 123-5259 Piston Motor Gp (32).
Remove and discard the two drum propel motor hose assemblies from the valve on the drum propel pump. The hose assemblies for the brake and the two speed shift valve can be reused.

For all CS-573 and CS-583 use two 1P-3702 Rectangular Seals (36), four 1P-5765 Half Flanges (37), eight 5M-2894 Hard Washers (38), and eight 0S-1571 Bolts (39) in order to install 114-0951 Hose As (41) and 114-0952 Hose As (40).

For all CS-533, CP-533, CS-563, and CP-563C Vibratory Soil Compactors use two 1P-3702 Rectangular Seals (36), four 1P-5765 Half Flanges (37), eight 5M-2894 Hard Washers (38) and eight 0S-1571 Bolts (39). For machines that contain hydra zorb clamps use 112-7480 Hose As (44) and 112-7481 Hose As (42). For machines that contain poly block clamps use 111-7512 Hose As (45) and 111-7513 Hose As (43). Note: Some machines may be equipped with an external flushing valve that is located near the drum propel motor. The new 123-5259 Piston Motor Gp contains a flushing valve. The external flushing valve will no longer be used.
Fill the planetary with oil. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance manuals that are listed above.
